Cancellation and Order Policy

At Unforgettable Bridal, we understand that circumstances may arise that lead you to consider canceling or altering your bridal gown order. We strive to provide you with the best service possible, and to ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following Cancellation and Order Policy:

Order Cancellation Timeframe:

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. This allows you a grace period to reconsider your choice. After this initial 48-hour window, your order is considered, confirmed and subject to the terms outlined below.

Cancellation Fees:

Within 48 Hours:If you cancel your order within the initial 48-hour period, no cancellation fees will be applied, and a full refund will be issued.
After 48 Hours:If you choose to cancel your order after the initial 48-hour period, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers administrative and processing costs incurred up to that point. Also, all fees charged by the manufacturer after cancellation will be passed to the buyer and deducted from the refund.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items:

For custom-designed or made-to-order bridal gowns, cancellations are subject to a higher cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value after the initial 48-hour window plus any additional fees charged by the designer will be passed to the buyer. This accounts for the unique nature of these pieces and the labor already invested.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Alterations and Changes:

If you wish to make changes to your order, such as sizing adjustments or style alterations, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of production, certain changes may be accommodated. However, additional charges or delays could apply.

Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, production issues, or other factors beyond our control, Unforgettable Bridal reserves the right to cancel or delay an order. In such cases, a full refund or suitable alternatives will be offered.

Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or returned.
