- After 48 Hours: If you choose to cancel your order after the initial 48-hour period, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers administrative and processing costs incurred up to that point. Also, all fees charged by the manufacturer after cancellation will be passed to the buyer and deducted from the refund.
Custom and Made-to-Measure Items:
For custom-designed or made-to-measure bridal gowns, cancellations are subject to a higher cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value after the initial 48-hour window plus any additional fees charged by the designer will be passed to the buyer. This accounts for the unique nature of these pieces and the labor already invested.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
