Return :

We have a 4-day return policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return.  There is a return period, approved returns must be shipped back within 10 days of approval.

Shipping :

• Economy Shipping: This option typically takes 7-10 business days for delivery and Free if orders are over $200.00..
• Standard Shipping: This option typically takes 4-7 business days for delivery.
• Expedited Shipping: This option typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery.
• Overnight Shipping: This option typically takes 1-2 business days for delivery. 
• International Shipping: We ship worldwide, It typically takes 7-14 business days for delivery.
• Some items may be eligible for free shipping, check the product page for details.
• Clearance Dresses and Gowns are not eligible for free shipping
• Shipping costs are based on item weight and time frames.

Processing:

• Orders are processed within 4-45 business days of receipt.
• Bridal Gowns, formal dresses, custom or made-to-measure orders may take longer to process: 14-30 business days.
• Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.

Order Cancellation Timeframe:

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. This allows you a grace period to reconsider your choice. After this initial 48-hour window, your order is considered, confirmed and subject to the terms outlined below.

Cancellation Fees:

• Within 48 Hours: If you cancel your order within the initial 48-hour period, no cancellation fees will be applied, and a full refund will be issued.
• After 48 Hours: If you choose to cancel your order after the initial 48-hour period, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers administrative and processing costs incurred up to that point. Also, all fees charged by the manufacturer after cancellation will be passed to the buyer and deducted from the refund.

Custom and Made-to-Measure Items:

For custom-designed or made-to-measure bridal gowns, cancellations are subject to a higher cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value after the initial 48-hour window plus any additional fees charged by the designer will be passed to the buyer. This accounts for the unique nature of these pieces and the labor already invested.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
